Bilateral, lower limb amputees needed for mobility survey

Bilateral, lower limb amputees are needed to participate in a mobility-related research study at the University of Washington Center on Outcomes Research in Rehabilitation.

Researchers are using the Prosthetic Limb Users Survey of Mobility (PLUS-M) to help health care providers and researchers better understand the experiences of adults with lower limb amputations in using prostheses.

The confidential survey is voluntary and includes questions about mobility, as well as physical and emotional health. It will take about 45 to 60 minutes to complete, according to an information statement from the university. Eligible participants will receive $25 upon completion of the survey.
