BOC moving to larger headquarters

The Board of Certification/Accreditation will move to a larger headquarters effective June 6, according to a press release.

The Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC) will transition from its current 3,600-square-foot space located in Owings Mills, Md., to a 5,183-square-foot facility in Owings Mills, Md. The office will be closed on June 1 in anticipation of the move.

“BOC’s main focus remains on our customers,” Claudia Zacharias, MBA, CAE, BOC president and chief executive officer, said in a press release. “We are looking forward to the move to a larger space, where we will deliver the same award-winning customer service as we continue to grow.”

According to the release, the board has seen significant growth in both revenue and staffing through the addition of new credentialing programs and the establishment of a full-time business development team. Both strategies are producing “significant results,” the release noted.

The also release noted that although the expansion has led to many changes, it remains committed to its core organizational values of “customer first, innovation, integrity and professionalism.”
