Ability P&O named among best places to work in Pennsylvania

Ability Prosthetics & Orthotics has been named one of the top 100 places to work in Pennsylvania for 2017, according to a press release.

The annual list of best places to work in the state is compiled by the nonprofit Team Pennsylvania Project in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Pennsylvania State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Central Penn Business Journal. Ability, located in Exton, was selected as part of the “small business” category for companies with 15 employees to 99 employees.

“This is so exciting for the company, our staff and our patients to know that we are among the best of the best in Pennsylvania,” Jeffrey Brandt, CPO, founder and chief executive officer of Ability, said in the release. “I intentionally built Ability with a team approach, transparent and patient-centric culture, and work diligently to sustain the model. I have drawn on my past experiences as an employee to make sure I am continually improving our workplace. Being chosen for this honor confirms we are doing good things with and for our people.”

So far, the Team Pennsylvania Project has only released an alphabetical list of the top places to work in the state for 2017. The ranked list will be announced on Nov. 30 during a celebration dinner at the Lancaster County Convention Center.
