Fillauer Companies Inc. announced that Randy DeSha, CPA, will serve as the company’s new chief financial officer upon former chief financial officer, Ed Connelly’s retirement. A senior executive with 35 years of experience in banking and business acquisitions, DeSha will oversee Fillauer’s financial management process.
DeSha is a certified public accountant and holds a master’s in business administration in finance from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
“Randy brings a strong combination of skills and experience to our company which will benefit us in future acquisitions and product development,” Dennis Williams, president of Fillauer Companies Inc., stated in a press release. “He has consistently demonstrated exceptional business leadership in a variety of financial roles.”
