Cailor Fleming Insurance and The American Orthotic & Prosthetic Association (AOPA) announced their new partnership effective January 2010 to serve the O&P field with a range of custom designed insurance products for O&P facilities.
The newly installed president of AOPA, James A. Kaiser, CP, who is also chief executive officer of Scheck & Siress O&P Inc., made the announcement at AOPA headquarters in Virginia. Present at the time were Jeffrey A. Michalenok, president of Cailor Fleming Insurance and Don Foley a principal of Cailor Fleming Insurance and the manager of the firm’s O&P program.
Michalenok stated the firm is “committed to serve the AOPA membership with the same level of service and claims management as we have for the past 15 years.”
Foley commented that he believes “it is this high level of personal service that has earned Cailor Fleming a 95% client retention rate in this highly competitive marketplace.”
Kaiser noted that, “Cailor Fleming brings 15 years of experience and client growth to the new partnership.
