A Better Mousetrap

Whether you are producing a product or providing a service, it is important to remember to stand out and be noticed by your customers in business. Every company, including your competition, will say they have great customer service or that they have a superior way to care for patients. Whatever the case, in my experience, even if you truly have designed the “better” mousetrap, your customers will not beat a path to your door to buy it, unless you market.

In most cases, marketing is the best way to inform your customers about your goods or services, but selecting the proper strategy is sometimes difficult. With an O&P practice I would urge you to carefully consider how you will spread the news. If you don’t, your customers may never have the opportunity to support you.
