OPAF hosts First Swing Learn to Golf

The Orthotics & Prosthetic Activities Foundation, along with the National Amputee Golf Association, will host a First Swing Learn to Golf event Wednesday, September 3 at Desert Pines Golf Club in Las Vegas, according to a press release. First Swing is program of the National Amputee Golf Association.

Instructed by WC Fields, a bilateral amputee who golfs competitively across the nation, the clinic will offer instruction on adaptive techniques and equipment, including a Solo Rider golf cart. There will also be a three hour clinic for area therapists and golf teaching professionals.
