Junior Seau Foundation Adaptive Surf Program

Presented by the Challenged Athletes Foundation

July 8-10 | Del Mar, Calif.

The Challenged Athletes Foundation partnered with the Junior Seau Foundation to host an inaugural youth adaptive surf camp. The weekend-long camp experience, the Junior Seau Foundation Adaptive Surf Program presented by the Challenged Athletes Foundation, allowed kids to surf with coaching from experienced adaptive surfers. Campers also learned about surf history and took part in a surfboard-shaping session.

Camp participants pose with attendees at the Annual Switchfoot Bro-Am, which includes a charity surf contest and free beach concert.
