Harcz: O&P combines two passions

CHICAGO —Betsy K. Harcz, a career navigator for Baker College of Flint’s orthotic and prosthetic technology program, said she loves O&P because it combines two of her passions: helping people and the opportunity to work with her hands.

“The opportunity to work with your hands and spend all day making something that gives another person … their mobility back, is extremely powerful and fulfilling,” Harcz said at the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists Annual Meeting and Scientific Symposium.
