AOPA launches new online resource center

The American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association has introduced Co-OP, a new member benefit that acts as an online reimbursement, coding and policy resource.

According to a press release, Co-OP will include a collection of detailed information with links to supporting documentation on a variety of O&P topics.

“Like a Wikipedia of all things O&P, the Co-OP will have a crowdsourcing component, which will be vetted, to garner the vast knowledge and experience of our membership body,” the release noted.

Users will be required to create an account for the Co-OP. Companies and businesses will be limited to one account each. Individuals and businesses can sign up at the American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association (AOPA) website, at www.aopanetonline.org/coopsignup.
